Office and Warehouse Sectors Lead Continued Recovery of U.S. Commercial Real Estate Market, According to CoStar Group

April 26, 2012Greenville is ranked ninth nationwide as one of the fastest growing U.S. cities, according to CNNMoney.
From 2000 to 2010, Greenville grew by 32.5% to a population of 400,492. Ten U.S. cities managed to have population gains of more than 30% during that time, according to Census Bureau data.
These increases occurred at a time when the national average was less than 10% and the recession was ongoing.
