April 27, 2012The city of Greenville will have a workshop May 3 to gather public input on crafting a plan that will promote mixed-used development along an enhanced public transit system.
The city hired Chicago-based Center for Neighborhood Technology to develop a “transit-oriented development” strategy or TOD. Transit-oriented developments are mixed-use developments within walking distance of transit stations.
