Brad Doyle of KDS Commercial Properties represented MTC Federal Credit Union in the leasing of 6,800 SF on Verdae Boulevard in Bonaventure II. MTC Federal Credit Union will be using this location as a corporate headquarters and full service branch. The facility will house approximately 20 administrative, management and executive personnel. The branch is scheduled to open in August 2010.
