Mark Ratchford, MAI, and Mark Masaschi, CCIM, represented Mutual Home Store in the sale of their Greer store location at 139 & 141 E Poinsett Street. The now-closed furniture store, formerly the old D&D Ford Building, will be put to new use by Grace Church, Parkside Pediatrics, and Tribe 513. The 32,000-square-foot space will be realized as doctor’s offices by Parkside Pediatric, as office space by Tribe 513, and as a worship area|ministry space|courtyard by Grace Church.
