Larry Webb, Principal of KDS exclusively handled the real estate negotiations related to the purchase and directed the entire due diligence process in this transaction. Modeled after a French country chateau, La Bastide is a 16 room Bed & Breakfast facility, restaurant and vineyards situated on 30 acres in shadows of the Blue Ridge mountains in northern Greenville County, SC. The Hincapies plan to operate the Inn and make this a cycling destination as well as cater to the general public.
