Citing slight growth in projected GDP and an influx of 240,000 jobs nationwide in January, Robert Bach is optimistic about the economy for the coming year.
Bach, senior vice president and chief economist for Grubb & Ellis, stressed guarded optimism based on economic indicators because each of the past two years showed similar signs of improvement in the spring
