After graduating from Clemson University with a BS degree from the School of Accountancy, Tom quickly developed a passion for developer and client relationships throughout the due diligence and construction processes. In 1999, Tom joined the Operations Division of national residential builder, D.R. Horton. Just seven years later, Tom partnered with D&M Holdings and 3D Development Partners to manage the development of over 1,200,000 feet of retail space for retailers including CVS/Pharmacy, Starbucks and Family Dollar.

Tom joined the KDS Caine team in 2016 and offers extensive experience in commercial and residential construction management. He now handles asset and property management for various clients, as well as development and project management throughout the Southeast.

Tom has called Greenville home for the last 12 years, along with his wife and two sons. He is an active member of his church and enjoys volunteering as a coach and mentor in youth sports – in addition to sweat equity projects at home and family time in the kitchen.
