T. Cox has been with KDS Caine since 2019 bringing a wealth of knowledge and diverse skill set to his role in the commercial real estate industry. He has showcased his expertise by orchestrating numerous successful transactions representing landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors. His experience includes office, retail, medical, industrial, and flex space, as well as commercial land deals working closely with developers and owner-users to bring their visions to fruition. 

A graduate of Clemson University, T. is also currently pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation to further grow his expertise in the industry.  

Beyond his professional pursuits, T. cherishes spending quality time with his wife and two young sons and enjoys traveling, playing golf, and actively attending Clemson sporting events. T. is deeply committed to giving back to the community and is an active member of Covenant Church in Greer, SC, where he generously volunteers his time and skills. Contributing to the men’s ministry cooking team and Meals on Wheels ministry are T.’s favorite ways to make a positive impact in the Upstate beyond the realm of real estate.
