Sammy DuBose has been with KDS Caine for nearly four decades, successfully assisting clients from all stages of business with their commercial real estate needs. During his tenure with the company, he has been involved in many facets of the leasing and sales of commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, acreage, commercial land and development. He also has extensive experience representing shopping center developers in acquiring sites in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. He notably assisted the Greenville Hospital System (Prisma) in assembling and purchasing 130 acres for the Greer Campus and has worked with clients such as Hollingsworth Funds/Verdae Properties, Walmart Stores, Wyatt Development, Lowes Home Center and Exxon Mobile. 

Actively involved in the community, Sammy serves on the Board of the Caine Halter YMCA, the Board of Directors of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, and the Board of the South Carolina Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association. He also currently serves on the Commercial Steering Committee of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors.
