Sammy DuBose has been affiliated with the company since 1987. During that time, he has been involved in many facets of the leasing and sales of commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, acreage, commercial land and development. Sammy is located in the Greenville office. EDUCATION Sammy is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He is active in various community organizations including serving on the Board of the Caine Halter YMCA, the Board of Directors of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and the Board of the South Carolina Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association. He currently serves on the Commercial Steering Committee of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors. EXPERIENCE While qualified to successfully assist clients with their commercial real estate needs in various areas, Sammy specializes in the brokerage, acquisition and development of land. During his career, Sammy has represented shopping center developers in acquiring sites in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. He assisted the Greenville Hospital System (Prisma) in assembling and purchasing 130 acres for the Greer Campus. A partial list of current and previous clients includes: Hollingsworth Funds/Verdae Properties, Walmart Stores, Wyatt Development, Lowes Home Center and Exxon Mobile.
