Pamela Jackson specializes in finding innovative real estate solutions for unique client needs. With over 17 years of experience in engineering and construction, she brings a robust background in project management, business development, sustainability, and supply chain optimization.
Her professional journey includes significant work in business operations, supporting corporate sustainability efforts through mergers and acquisitions, divestiture activities, and cash flow and work process optimization initiatives. Initially entering real estate as a family business with her husband, Pam has developed expertise in distressed property renovations, short-term rentals, owner financing, and land development deals.
A graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Pam has been recognized for her professional contributions, including knowledge-sharing initiatives and mentoring programs. Her approach to commercial real estate combines strategic problem-solving with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
Originally from Texas and now based in Spartanburg, SC, Pam is passionate about the region's economic growth, the return of manufacturing to the region and mill village revitalization. Her professional philosophy centers on delivering creative, client-focused solutions that address unique market challenges.
Outside of work, Pam supports local non-profits with grants writing, post grant award management, and grant proposal reviews. She and her family also enjoy riding horses, working on their horse farm, playing tennis with their son Connor, and fly fishing at their home near Lake Nantahala.
