Luke Jameson is an Advisor at KDS Caine, where he enjoys building relationships and helping clients navigate their commercial real estate needs. His interest in the industry began while earning his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at Clemson University, where he discovered the many ways commercial real estate shapes communities and creates opportunities.

Before joining KDS Caine, Luke gained experience in the construction and development industry with Greystar and Meritage Homes. That background provides him with a strong understanding of the development process and the perspectives of clients across the real estate lifecycle.

Originally from Charleston, Luke has called the Upstate home for the past five years while earning both his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management and his Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family.
