As a Senior Advisor with KDS Caine Commercial Real Estate, Larry specializes in investments and development services with special emphasis on industrial and healthcare related properties. Larry’s responsibilities include site analysis & selection, commercial development, build-to-suit, and commercial real estate investment & advisory services.

Prior to establishing his real estate career, Larry spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry as a successful clinician, executive, and investor. In that capacity, he founded and operated several successful companies that provided clinical, diagnostic, and home medical services to hospitals and communities throughout the Southeast. In 2001, Larry retired from the healthcare industry and subsequently transitioned into the commercial real estate industry. Larry has a BS in Business Administration from Pacific Western University and a degree in Respiratory Therapy from Greenville Technical College.

Larry is a native of Greenville, South Carolina, where he is actively involved in his community. He has served on the Board of Directors of Meals On Wheels of Greenville, the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House of Greenville, and currently serves as an Advisory Board member for Park National Bank in its Carolinas Region. In 2009, Larry was recognized as the Outstanding Philanthropist of the Year by the South Carolina Association of Fundraising Professionals. He is married and has a daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons. His personal interests in addition to his family are supporting his community, cycling, hiking and outdoor activities.
