Originally from Englewood, CO with a journey through upstate New York before settling in Greenville, SC, June brings a diverse background and wealth of experiences to the forefront of commercial real estate. 

She pursued a dual major in Mathematics and English for Secondary at the University of South Carolina and brings a unique blend of analytical aptitude and effective communication skills to her work.  

June's professional trajectory began in the hospitality sector, starting humbly as a housekeeper and steadily ascending through the ranks of hotel operations. With an unwavering dedication to the industry, she transitioned into entrepreneurship in 2014, founding Coba EM. This venture offers a maintenance management software package (CMMS) alongside consultancy services, guiding hoteliers through navigating complex challenges and unlocking the full potential of their investments. 

Beyond her work in commercial real estate, June finds fulfillment in traveling, golfing, hiking, kayaking, listening to opera, and the intricate art of crocheting. Apart from her many hobbies, you can also find her spending time with her four children and three grandchildren.
