An Upstate native, Harry originally began his commercial real estate career in 1995 with Caine Co., the parent company of KDS Caine. He then went on to co-found his own firm in 2004 and later pursued an opportunity in Atlanta as Senior Advisor with The Shopping Center Group, the nation’s largest privately held retail-focused real estate brokerage. Returning to his roots in Greenville, he rejoined the KDS Caine family in 2021. As an Advisor, he focuses on retail, office, land, and investment brokerage—happy to have returned to the place where it all started. 

Harry is versed in all aspects of commercial real estate, but his primary focus has been retail, office, land and investment properties. He’s worked with owners of smaller, locally owned assets to large institutional owners, both publicly and privately held, including Jamestown (Ponce City Market, Atlanta), DDR, Equity One, Inland Atlantic, GEM Realty, EdR and CBL. In recent years, he has represented a number of development clients seeking sites for mixed-use and multifamily residential projects.  He also represents tenants and buyers seeking the most appropriate location for their business.  

Harry is an involved member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), and a past member of the Commercial Alliance of GGAR Steering Committee. He also serves on the Alumni Board of Presbyterian College and has served as a Loaned Executive for the United Way of Greater Greenville. He is a past member of the Board of Visitors of Presbyterian College. 

Outside the office, Harry enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog, Jake, working in his yard and garden, and is an avid art collector.
