George Zimmerman has been a cornerstone of KDS Caine for almost six decades. Over the years, he has been involved in almost every aspect of the company's residential, multifamily, office, commercial, industrial and retail site location operations. In addition, he has been active in leasing brokerage and development efforts. 

George is known for his extensive market knowledge and ability to establish long-lasting relationships with his network. His client portfolio includes prominent names such as Costco, Pilkington, N.A., Connector Plus, USA Truck, Office Depot, Duke Energy, BMW, Lowe’s, and countless others. 

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, his commitment to his community and country is further evident through his service in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Yancey starting in 1963, and he has been an active member of numerous community organizations. He has been involved in the United Way of Greenville County, Boy Scouts of America, The Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce, the City of Greenville Revitalization Task Force, the City of Greer Land Use Committee, and the Conestee Foundation and he has served as the President of the Board of Directors of Gateway House, past Chairman of the City of Greenville Planning and Zoning Commission and past President of the Greenville Board of Realtors.  

George's contributions have been recognized with accolades such as the Greenville Board of Realtors' Realtor of the Year award, and he was one of the first two brokers in the state to earn the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
