After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Brad began his professional career working with small businesses to improve sales, marketing and infrastructure before transitioning into commercial real estate with KDS Caine as their first associate in 2007. Over the years, Brad has gained a wide range of experience working in different real estate sectors, with an emphasis in office sales and leasing.
His favorite thing about the industry is learning intently about business owners, their personal and professional goals, and working to identify present and future opportunities they may have never considered otherwise. With a range of experience in office, flex, industrial, land, retail, and more, he believes that real estate is a constant growth process and is actively pursuing the CCIM designation to further serve his clients and grow on his existing advisory business in the investment category.
Having worked at KDS Caine from the beginning, Brad is proud of the client-focused, collaborative culture that he has helped to create. Although he wasn’t born and raised in Greenville, he has known this market since the late ‘90s. He and his family have fallen in love with the Upstate and proud to call South Carolina home. In fact, he’s helped transplant several other family members down from Tennessee.
He has been married to his wife, Anna, for 17 years and they have 2 young children. He and Anna are actively involved in the local arts community in Greenville and enjoy spending time outdoors as a family, whether in the mountains or at the beach. In his spare time, Brad is an avid tennis player and coaches youth basketball. He is a deacon at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church and enjoys serving alongside Anna in their Children’s Ministry and Widows Ministry. He is also passionate about investing in middle and high school students and does so by being a long term supporter of Young Life of Greenville.
