Amberleia sought out a career in commercial real estate after spending a decade working in foster care and adoption. Highly relational and a friend to all, she’s driven by helping clients find what they’re looking for and being part of something that will change their lives. As an Advisor with KDS Caine, she understands the impact that site selection can have not only on a company’s profits, but ultimately on its people and its legacy.  

Amberleia loves living and working in the Upstate due to its small-town feel with the benefits of city life, and its close proximity to the beach, mountains, and lakes. She also enjoys meeting people and clients from all over the world who have chosen to call the Upstate home.  

Outside of work, Amberleia can be found with her husband, Stephen, who is a general contractor in commercial construction, and their four brilliant kids. She’s also a member of Grace Church, CREW Upstate, and enjoys staying active at the Eastside YMCA, being outdoors in nature, or chasing waves at the beach.
