As Vice President of Property Management, Brendan oversees the property management team, business development, and collaboration between the brokerage and property management division.
With prior experience in residential and commercial real estate brokerage in addition to over 15 years in property management, he leverages years of industry knowledge and connections to meet the needs of clients, brokers, and tenants.
A native of the Upstate, he appreciates how philanthropic and giving the community is as well as the fact that people genuinely care for and help each other here both in business and personally.
He’s been recognized with an Excellence in Service Award, as the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter 72 CPM Candidate of the Year, and participated in Leadership Greenville Class 46. Brendan earned his Certified Property Manager designation through IREM, which is considered the premier property management certification world-wide.
When he isn’t listening to his clients’ needs and developing a strategy to meet their goals, he serves on the Board of Directors of YMCA Camp Greenville, Board of Directors of IREM Chapter 72, and the Advisory Board of Directors of A Child’s Haven.
He and his wife have two wonderful girls, and he’s actively involved in coaching several youth sports teams. He also enjoys exploring the several mountains and lakes around the area in his free time.
