August 4, 2019Larry Webb and Mark Ratchford, principals at KDS, represented the owners in the sale of acreage located at 312 Echols Street in Greenville, directly across from Hincapie Sportswear and behind the upcoming Starbucks location at 47 Pete Hollis Boulevard. The property will be developed as urban townhomes. This premiere development called “The Hub” will consist of 14 urban townhomes with sitework commencing in September 2019 and completion expected in the fall of 2020. The Hub will be a short distance from Unity Park and walking distance from the newly announced Cook’s Station and Heritage Green Urban Arts and Cultural Center.
