Brad Doyle and Mark Ratchford represented Swamp Rabbit Properties, LLC in the sale of its 55,000 SF light industrial building and associated 6.56 acres located at 1004 Greer Highway in Travelers Rest. The purchaser was on the down-leg of a 1031 exchange, in an effort to relocate from Downtown Greenville to the subject property.
The new owner, Machinery Maintenance & Rebuilders, Inc., will partially occupy the facility along with one existing tenant. MMR has been serving the machine tool industry for 40 years specializing in complete machine tool rebuilding, in-plant maintenance, laser alignment, optical alignment, preventive maintenance, and prototype design and build.
