Bobby Miller, CCIM, represented Great Southern Homes, Inc.  in the purchase of approximately 9 acres on South Suber Road.  The acreage will be home to a new residential subdivision to be located between Lismore Village, Lismore Park, Princess Creek, and Riverside Glen subdivisions in Greer.  Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the seller.
