Our History
In 2024, KDS Caine became a strategic alliance formed from two local industry leaders, KDS Commercial Properties and Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, together bringing over a century of combined legacy in the Upstate.
Founded in 2001, KDS Commercial Properties operated as a “boutique” real estate firm centered on client’s needs first and foremost. The firm grew exponentially through a wealth of relationships and dedicated team of experienced advisors.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine’s roots started with the Caine Company, the Upstate’s premier real estate company founded in 1933. As a commercial brokerage and property services company, they gained industry recognition as a result of their local expertise and commitment to service beyond the contract.
Today, KDS Caine serves the local community with a united mission to deliver results with a personal approach.
