Matt Alexander serves as Chief Operating Officer of Caine Company, leading enterprise operations and shared services across the organization's affiliated businesses, including Coldwell Banker Caine, KDS Caine, and Caine Hayes Insurance. He works with leadership across the organization to advance Caine Company's long-term vision of a more connected, integrated real estate services platform, supporting growth across residential real estate, commercial real estate, insurance, property services, and developer services.

Before joining Caine Company, Matt led operational strategy across mixed-use, commercial, residential, and adaptive reuse projects throughout the Greenville market.

Matt has earned degrees from Furman University and Clemson University and remains actively involved in the Upstate community through leadership roles with the Urban Land Institute, Greenville Airport Commission, Homes of Hope, Downtown Presbyterian Church, and Furman University's Alumni Board.
