County Square
Redevelopment Project
—Growing in Greenville
Mark Masaschi, partner at KDS Caine, a Greenville-based commercial real estate firm, is the primary broker and local partner for multi-family and hospitality projects in the County Square Redevelopment project.
Located in downtown Greenville and within walking distance of major attractions such as Falls Park, Fluor Field, and the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail, the development is a multi-year, multi-phase project.
"This project will certainly be another transformative step forward in keeping with the values of scale, green space, accessibility and public interaction that continue to make Greenville a very special place in the Southeast," said Masaschi. "Greenville deserves a project of this class and character, and we’re proud to be a part of a team that shares the same values and dedication to Greenville."
KDS Caine has been involved with RocaPoint Partners regarding the project since 2018, and together with land planner, Elkus Manfredi Architects, and architects, Foster+Partners and Nelson, got a plan approved that includes office, retail, hospitality, residential and public space. The team worked closely with County Council and their staff to carefully construct a plan that will result in a smart urban environment.
